On the other hand, for $18, I'd recommend people just get the real
thing.  I did.  The prices that have been charged for some standards
have been, IMO, unconscionable, but $18 is pretty modest.  Heck, that
even beats the $19.95 I paid for the official f77 standard (though
I got paper for my $19.95).  And the file is only about 1.4 mb,
unlike the huge scanned pdf someone made out of f95.
