have you seen the new mini joystick from controls dynamics. this is said to
be able to drive a chair the same way as a normal joystick but is small
enough to be able to be used by the tounge, lips etc. It only needs 10 gms
to operate. you may be able to modify this to do what you want.

Dear all

Can anyone recommend a switch for operation with lips?  This is an area I've
not investigated before.  It is for a MS patient who has a tracheotomy &
very little movement.
Is the Tash Flex switch an option?
