PHILLIMORE PRIZE REMINDER A reminder that the closing date for entries for the Phillimore Prize is 31 December 2002. The award this year will be for the best Newsletter produced by a record office or similar archives institution in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Entries should be sent before the closing date to The Secretary, Historical Manuscripts Commission, Quality House, Quality Court, Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1HP. Bodies which produce more than one issue of their Newsletter per year may send in a full set of those published in 2002. Those which produce only a single issue per year should supply the issue published in 2002 and may if they wish send also the previous year's issue for comparison. Electronic newsletters are eligible for inclusion: these should either be sent as an email attachment or signposted by sending a note of the URL for the website where they may be consulted.
