The Action Plan, at http://www.statistics.gov.uk/methods_quality/quality_review/labour.asp#nsqr for implementation of the review was released on 5th November. Barry Werner - Director of Labour Market Statistics Division in ONS - will characterise the quality advances to which this and recent related reviews will lead, as the most recent milestone on the road to restoring and retaining the public confidence in the UK's labour market statistics which was lost during the 1980s.
