That appears to be criterion-related validity:

Criterion-related validity compares a subject's scores on a predictive
measure with some other criterion score. For example, to determine the
validity of using an accounting test to make hiring decisions, an employer
would correlate scores on the test with supervisory ratings of accountants'
job performances. There are two approaches to determining  criterion-related
validity: concurrent and predictive.
