Hello, I have been faced with a problem of predicting customers that are likely to decline in their purchase behavior. As I started to think about the project, I realized that choosing the methodology or approach is not as easy as it seems. I am not sure what makes more sense: time series, regression or something else. I would really appreciate any ideas, suggestions, thoughts or references to similar work material.
