I am looking for examples where longitudinal self-reported data has been adjusted to evaluate trends with respect to changes in factors related to a changing awareness of an affecting issue or changes in societal attitudes to the issues or factors related to it. I am particularly interested in examples accounting for the effects of awareness and attitudes on self-reporting of ill-health overtime in large nationally representative data. However, examples from other fields may also be of relevance for example the influence of advertising on some self-reported outcome. ===================================================================== Katharine Abba Epidemiology and Medical Statistics Unit Health and Safety Executive Room 243 Magdalen House Stanley Precinct Bootle Merseyside L20 3QZ Tel: +44 (0)151 9513832 Fax: +44 (0)151 9514703 E-mail: [log in to unmask] ===================================================================== ************************************************************************************************************************* Interested in Occupational Health and Safety information?
