Key-stroke logging has, to date, been used in linguistics to investigate syntactic development in the L2, for examining written discourse development and to compare discourse flow and linguistic information structuring in speech and writing. The Symposium aims to bring together those developing the technology, those currently undertaking research using key-stroke logging and analysis tools, and those who are interested in learning more about this exciting development in writing research methodology in an informal symposium setting. We hope that this this also promote new collaborative research in this field.
