We are getting conflicting requests from LEA's concerning the repeat study notifications. Where a student has an automatic right to repeat funding we have not completed the sections relating to the student's performance on the course. However some LEa's are not accepting this. I know this was discussed some time ago, when SSIN 21/00 was produced and I thought there had been general agreement that full completion of the forms was only required for students who did not have an automatic right to repeat funding. I have gone through the list archives and have found the discussion but not the resolution. What are other HEI's doing ?
