Re: Duplicate Certificates I would be interested to hear how other Institutions deal with requests for copy certificates where graduates have lost the original. Do you issue duplicate certificates? If yes, do they carry some indication that they are certified copies and if so what form does this take? If no, do you offer an alternative? What charge do you make?
