Dear Sir/Madam I wonder if you would be kind enough to circulate/email details of the following conference that I am organising in Manchester on Friday 1 March 2002. Risk Management - the practical issues and options in meeting the new HEFCE guidelines. The conference fee is £285 per person (VAt Exempt) and includes documentation, lunch and refreshments. Full details can be found on the website: http://www.soton.ac.uk/~law/conferences As a result of the Turnbull report companies listed on the UK stock exchange have been required to have identified, at board level, the most significant threates to their business, and to have a process in place for dealing with them. HEFCE have passed a modified version of this requirement to higher eudcational institutions. This practical one day conference will explain the requirements and outline the action need to comply.
