At University College Worcester I have responsibility for EO in all matters relating to students inlcuding staff development. The Head of Personnel, Gill Slater, has responsiblity for all matters relating to staff. Of course, there are gray areas and Gill and I frequently work together. We have recently "re"-formed an Equality Committee that is chaired by the Principal. Poppy, I am unclear how the new list will differ from Admin-eo. For example, will Mannie's helpful dialogue now be restricted to a ECU list and therefore "miss" subscribers to Admin-eo who may have an interest but not prime responsibility for EO within their institution?
