Hi Mary, yes I had trouble with the link - here is the url for the dtlr site: http://www.safety.dtlr.gov.uk/bregs/consult/electric/index.htm if you go to this site and right click on the link to the document and choose 'save target as' you get a permanent copy to your disc instead of an acrobat file that won't save - but you probably already knew that!
