I have been asked by BIVDA to circulate this EDMA questionnaire about instructions for use. There are two files attached, one of which is the instructions and the other is the questionnaire. UK members are invited to fill it in and return it directly to Doris-Ann Williams at BIVDA (NOT, please, to me or to the ACB office!). If the attachments don't come across, you can get a copy by emailing BIVDA ([log in to unmask]). It's quite a short questionnaire, and there is a prize draw to reward one lucky respondent!
