We have obtained a serum CTx result (using Roche Elecsys 2010) of 0.02ng/ml on a post-menopausal female with lousy bones (normal pre-menopausal range is 0.04 to 0.59).
This doesn't make a lot of sense as this was the pre-palmidronate infusion sample. Is anyone able to run a serum Ntx assay for us on the same sample for comparison?
