Dear Colleagues, We have a request for a creatinine clearance based on a 24h urine output of only 120 ml (near anuric patient). I am in doubt if the analysis of clearance will yield clinically useful information given the low urine volume. I would like to learn if other labs reject creatinine clearance requests provided the 24 h urine volume is below a certain limit. Sincerely, Dr. med.
