Dear Ms/Sir,
we are organizing the fourth edition of the European Conference
on Computational Chemistry (EUCO-CC4).
We shall appreciate if you could distribute to your associates the following
message.

********** 4th European Conference on Computational Chemistry *******
                                EUCO-CC4

This is a call for poster and oral contributions to
the fourth European Computational Chemistry Conference (EUCO-CC4)
that will be held in Assisi (Italy) from Sunday 1 to Friday 6 September
2002.

EUCO-CC4 deals with the main aspects of computational chemistry
both at research (academic and industrial) and educational level.
The focal points of the conference will be:

1. High level ab initio calculations on small molecules and elementary
      processes
2. Models and simulations for complex systems
3. Approximate methods for large molecules
4. Statistical treatments and chemical knowledge

by considering separately "Theory and Methods" and "Technologies
and Applications".

There will be two introductory plenary lectures (on Sunday afternoon)
followed by 13 invited and 26 contributed lectures.
Contributed lectures will be selected among papers submitted for oral
presentation. Papers related to invited and contributed lectures will
be published on a special issue of JCMSE (Journal of Computational
Methods in Sciences and Engineering).
There will be two after dinner poster sessions
introduced by a before-dinner short (1 minute, 1 transparency per poster)
presentation. The lectures will be given by outstanding
scientists of the field.

Details on the conference venue, deadlines, proceedings and fees are
available
