A psychiatric SR has brought in a sample for serum paroxetine (SSRI antidepressant) measurement on a patient also on clozapine (antipsychotic). The two drugs do interact according to BNF. The SR says he has already spoken with a poison's unit who say it can be measured. I haven't managed to get through to them myself yet. I thought I would try to ask any experts (and anyone else who knows) on the mail base whether anyone else has had this drug measured and if such a measurement is useful.
