Hi David, In Australia the National Pathology Accrediatation Advisory Council issued a Guideline called Information on the Transportation of Pathology Specimens in 1998. This is available from www.health.gov.au/npaac. This document also refers to the International Air Transport Authority regulations for the transport of Dangerous Goods and another set on infectious materials. The current 43rd Edition of the former can be purchased via www.iata.org.
