Hi SPMers, 4 questions regarding statistical analysis: 1) which is the Basic Model that I should select if I have to compare 1 Between Factor (i.e. patients VS controls)? "two-sample t-test" or "one way Anova" (2 groups)? which is the difference? 2) what about 1 Within Factor (i.e. task 1 VS task 2) in a single group? 3) what about 1 Between (i.e. patients VS controls) and 1 Within factor (i.e. task 1 VS task 2)? 4) if I have 2 groups is it important that the TR is the same in both?
