Dear all, I am looking into putting together a package for the above. To be used for new staff & exsisting staff..... We already have Policies, Procedures, clinical guidlines, IRPs & Clinical supervision & I'm looking at a way for 'bringinmg it all together'. Does anyone currently use such a framework or have I got to start from scratch???
