Dear colleagues,
we are currently using an old (about 20 years) Balzers/Pfeiffer turbomolecular pump (TPH330). Unfortunately, its power supply (TCP300) stopped working and Pfeiffer cannot give any support.
My questions:
1) Has anybody in the community experience with the repair of the
power supply TCP300 (manual, electronic schemes etc.)?
2) Is anybody willing to give away or sell another TCP300?
(This power supply was also used for the larger pump version TPH510)
Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated,
