A few people expressed interest in my summarising for the list, so here goes: It is generally agreed that according to the rules all professional posts since qualifying should be included. However, that said, people who have found themselves in a similar position to myself have normally tried to submit fairly soon after starting the new job, and have therefore discussed briefly at the end of their report or in a 'future professional development'section their new role, including what skills and experience they were hoping to gain from it. It was also suggested that a job description of the new job could be included with the appendices. Thanks again for your help. Rozz
