Dear Mel, I am not qualified to comment for or against the argument, but I would say that the best way to disprove a dodgy method/theory is by a decent research study. Having the time to do it, and fiding a way of testing 'core stability', thats a whole different problem in itself! (not to mention the funding). Andrew
