SPARC is a supported employment project based at
Warrington Collegiate Institute. We are a new project
funded by the Community Fund for 3 years, which aims
to support people with learning disabilities into open
employment.
We are currently looking to make 3 appointments:

Project Manager [37 hours per week: salary £23.259]
The main responsibility for this post is the strategic
management of the project. You will be a person who
has:
·       Excellent communication and marketing skills
·       Experience of working in the world of business
·       Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
·       Proven fundraising skills and the ability to manage
a budget
·       Empathy with people with learning disabilities and
the concept of social inclusion

Job Coach [37 hours per week: salary £ 15.654]
The main responsibility for this post is the
placement, supervision and support of clients and
volunteers in the field. You will be a person who has:
·       Experience in the field of learning disability
·       Knowledge of health and safety policies and
procedures
·       Ability to teach new work skills to people with
learning disabilities
·       Excellent communication skills
·       Willingness to travel and work flexible hours

Administrative Assistant [p/t, 20 hours per week:
salary £6.726]
The main responsibility for this post is to provide an
efficient and customer friendly administrative service
to the SPARC project. You will be a person who has:
·       Good IT skills
·       Experience in the field of learning disability
·       Ability to control office petty cash and operate
basic book-keeping procedures
·       Willingness to work flexible hours
·       Excellent communication skills
