My suggestion has to do with the form of the identifier: http://dublincore.org/foobar/xxxx/xx/xx/yyyyyyy/ as opposed to http://dublincore.org/foobar/yyyyyyy-xxxxxxxx.shtml > Does this discussion belong in the Registry WG?
