State registered Paramedics CAN give Morphine to all those over age 12 as per JRCALC guidelines.

Nubain is available for under 12 yo.  Not ideal but only drug SRParas are licensed to use. MCA will not allow its use by SRParas in under 12's - YET! We are trying to have this limitation removed asap.

Much work being done to try and have Intranasal diamorphine or Fentanyl lollys in the future for the kids.

Entonox works well when used properly!
