Dear Colleagues, I am carrying out a systematic review of ketamine versus midazolam for paediatric sedation as part of a course at the NHS Centre for Reviews and Dissemination at the University of York. There are very few randomised controlled trials comparing the two methods of paediatric sedation published in the literature.
