Rowley a very interesting letter but what will happen to your present unit when you depart. I see it going down the swanee. The problem is we have too many smaller units run by one and two consultants. We haven't been able to recruit here for two years. I have tried to keep the show on the road and yet the audit report is a kick in the teeth. I don't think the public really give a stuff. BTW the smaller units seem to have done better over all in the report so perhaps you should stay in Eastbourne.
