To all:

I have a patient who is taking something called the "Thomas Jefferson Clarke
Colloidal Minerals." He totally swears by it and says that it has basically
cured his back pain in the past. I did a general search, but found all these
conflicting ideas on this product... it seems to have been marketed
heavily!! I saw a website called the Healthmarket, which labelled this
mineral as being a scam.

My question is does anybody have experience with this mineral, and are there
any good references for/against it. The only reason why I am asking is that
my boss also takes this mineral, and gives it to his kids, in the hope that
it would boost their immune systems through taking these "trace elements."
Personally, I would rather spend my money else where... but does anybody
have any thoughts or ideas.

Thanx in advance

Henry***
