I'm just starting to overhaul our SMR enquiries procedures, and in a vague attempt to be consistent with national trends I was wondering 1. how much SMRs are currently charging enquirers 2. is this a flat rate or an hourly rate? 3. what type of enquirers are being charged (commercial only, all etc)
