Dear Jennie,

Greetings from Al-Ain the oasis city. Regarding your colleague’s search for
literature on the clinical question, “What is the role of cervical spine
radiology in near hanging?” he might find the following of some help.

I used the clinical queries function in Pubmed @
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query/static/clinical.html
to search for evidence on diagnosis with the following key words.
hanging cervical spine x-ray. It resulted in the paper by Herr CH et al.
Then I clicked on the related article function, which gave a series of
articles on the same topic. Please find below some of the articles I found.

Good luck to your colleague in his course on EBM @ Oxford.
