Moses the Ethiopian (d. c. 395)  ...  He is supposed to have been kiled
by
Berbers.

Making him the first martyr of the Desert Fathers, which became good
propaganda when Ethiopia was later converted. His relics are principally
housed at Baramus monastery, and at infrequent intervals may be touched
by the faithful.
