On June 19th delegates at the HILT Workshop reached a consensus stating that HILT should recommend a two year pilot mapping service, combined with a terminologies agency or task force, as the best solution to the problem of cross-searching and browsing by subject across distributed resources when different subject schemes and practices are in use. We are pleased to send you the HILT: Draft Interim Report, detailing this recommendation, giving you the chance to agree, disagree or generally comment.
