plyometrics are exercises that attempt to enhance the stretch-shortening cycle.

I have read a lot of text and journal which  usually mentioned plyometric
training as the example of stretch-shortening cycle ! I think it use the
same principle, stretch before concentric contraction which give more
power of contraction, isn't it?


Therefore I have no idea what difference between them ?
