This is an instance of disagreement between
the Schema in DCQual - which is under review - and the
Schema put up by the web-team.

The DCQual Schema proposal doesn't have that class. Instead it is saying:

'collection' is an rdfs:Class and it is a 'DCMIType'

(as the DCMI recommendation indicates)

There are other semantic differences as well.
