I am forwarding my post to the DRS discussion list, and would hope
that some of you design historians will respond. I have been newly charged
with the revision (or not) of the history of design programme, and would
appreciate any thoughts on a new approach. The one approach that I have
seen thus far is the plan by Victor Margolin for Design Studies in which
he proposes four core topics (in The Education of a Graphic Designer,
ed. Heller).
