If you know any small companies which are not familiar with how to raise capital from equity investors, the Environmental Capital Network is offering a seminar on the subject, in Somerville, at the Holiday Inn, on April 23rd and 24th. The first day will be a presentation by investors on their perspectives on raising capital and the second day will be presentation training for the companies which have been selected to present their business opportunities at the May 9th Early Stage Investors' Forum, to be held at the Enviro Expo at the World Trade Center in Boston.
