Ever had pseudomembranous colitis? Mind you, maybe they just mean silver sulphadiazine. I thought the current state of evidence was that neither antibiotics nor topicals made any difference to infection rates except in high risk wounds (would be pleased to be corrected, though). Matt Dunn
