Does anyone have an example of using SsfPack functions SimSmoDraw and
SimSmoWgt with time varying variances?

I'm not sure about filling the time varying elements position's in mOmega.
Shoud I put zeros on these positions?

And why does SsfRecursion requires mX (time varying elements values) to
have (n+1) columns instead of n?
