David Spencer

David Spencer is a playwright and theatre translator whose work has won
a number of awards and has been produced by the BBC, Channel 4, Royal
National Theatre London, Royal Court London, Deutsches Theater Baracke
Berlin, Schauspielhaus Hamburg etc.
His informal talk will address the following issues:
- Insider's perspectives on Royal Court and Deutsches Theater
Baracke Berlin;
- The "postdramatisches Theater" phenomenon;
- Differences and similarities between English and German
theatre systems.
