Dear list members,
I have been attempting to track down a paper (or chapter) by Tom Burns (circa late 70s/early-mid-80s) that inter alia discusses the concepts of 'organisational domain' and 'organisational field'.  I have consulted a couple of his books and not located the discussion and since most of the database search facilities are US based his name rarely appears, as he published mostly in Europe.
Could someone suggest the source?
