Has anybody had a problem with cannulae used to aspirate a pneumothorax "collapsing" shortly after the needle is withdrawn and preventing any further aspiration? I've noticed this on a number of occasions and can't figure out if the cannula is becoming kinked or if the material used to make the cannula is just not strong enough and being compressed. Ross
