Fingers and toes at the top (preferably not on the same film).  That way its like standing on the box, or putting your outstretched hand on the box, and looking at your own hand.  Any other approach is ... ooooh ...  wierd ....

Is that supposed to be true for everyone - or do you have astigmatism?
