Jean,

It works when I type ftp.qualisresearch.com/pub/qda.pdf directly into
Explorer or Netscape.  But it did not work when I clicked on it within my
email program.  Maybe it needs to be written as
ftp://ftp.qualisresearch.com/pub/qda.pdf
