Dear All, In 3 months time the A&E department I work in is moving to a new Hospital site approximately 3 miles away. The new DGH will see about 60,000 new patients. Our move is taking place over the course of a weekend. I am currently involved in planning this migration. Does anyone have experience of such a move, and if so did any major problems crop up that you did not anticipate. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions you can give.
