hello there,
any budding metamorphic petrologists out there who
have done garnet-plagioclase-cpx barometery? I have been messing around with
various calibrations of this so-called GADS barometer for a while and I always
run into problems, especially with activity models. if anyone knows of a
programme or has a spreadsheet of some of these calibrations then I'd really
like to know cos at the moment i'm not sure whether i'm being stupid in not
getting it to work or whether my assemblage is in disequilibrium.
and let's not be shy in asking questions via this
list, that's what it's there for.
