Also have a look at Computer-Mediated Communication Magazine (http://www.december.com/cmc/mag/current/toc.html),although it is no longer running. This seems to be a topic of growing interest, and I've seen a number of lists with similar queries of late. One of the projects I'm currently working on is establishing an online community to share C&IT skills - the Virtual Learning Space. I've been thinking about including a section within the resources dedicated to online journals of this nature.
