Sorry - I hope I didn't mislead people - the Sod Bicarb is one of the first
line treatments - NOT the Calcium.
The calcium was used specifically for this arrest because of he was a
dialysis patient.
I did 4 x 24 hour shifts and 3 12 hour shifts. I too saw the good and
certainly on one occasion EMT treatment made me cringe a bit - but then you
get occasional poor practice everywhere. he bad - although I must say there
was a lot more good stuff going on than bad.
