If you really want to go mad you can use this 'sample agreement' from builder.com - that's right a legal agreement to allow you to link to a
site. Obviously you'll need to post two copies and have them both signed and then one returned. This should keep your legal people busy for
years!
I think this, and your guideline, is excessive. You should not link to sites that expressly prohibit it (can't think of any) and should
remove any links from pages when requested.
